How to use Nikwax Waterproofing Wax for Leather

1. Rub the wax into clean leather surface, using either the sponge applicator or your fingers, paying special attention to seams
2. After 2 minutes remove excess with a damp cloth and buff to a shine
3. Item will be immediately water-repellent, but for best results allow to dry naturally before use.

Note: May darken leather. Test on a hidden area first. Waterproofing Wax for Leather will convert nubuck to a smooth waxy finish.

Always allow footwear to dry naturally
Leave footwear to dry at room temperature.
Paper can be stuffed into the toes to absorb excess moisture, this should be replaced when wet.
Keep footwear away from fires and radiators, drying too quickly can crack leather and cause bonded soles to peel.

IMPORTANT: Massage tube well before use. For use on smooth leather only. Do not apply to nubuck or suede. Always clean first using Nikwax Footwear Cleaning Gel.
