The tensioned backrest can be easily adjusted to fit different torso lengths, thanks to an injection-moulded progressive adjustment system that allows the torso length to be varied by 10 cm.

The 4-mm LightWire™ frame effectively offloads weight onto the waist belt, relieving pressure on the shoulders and ensuring stable and comfortable carrying. The soft, edge-free, Spacer mesh padding provides a breathable, soft contact surface and comfortably supports the load.

The Rook has everything you need for multi-day hikes, as well as a high capacity with access points from the top lid and the lower sleeping bag compartment. Multiple compression straps allow the backpack to remain stable without interfering with the mesh pockets for water bottles.

Should you need it, the Rook is compatible with Osprey's Daylite daypacks, which can be attached to the larger backpack, increasing its capacity and giving you the option of leaving the bulky backpack at base camp to take a shorter hike with the daypack.
